Captum

On December 21, Adactum signed an agreement to sell 100% of Captum to Lea Bank. Lea Bank is listed in Norway. The transaction also includes a cooperation agreement with Stena Line and Sembo. Closing is expected in Q1 2024 subject to regulatory approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority (FI).
